Corrective exercises training aims at correcting any postural issues or syndromes that are aggravated by our daily life activities such as sitting behind a desk all day. It focuses on activating and strengthening the muscles that are weak and elongating the ones that are tight for an overall body movement improvement

Weight Loss
Weight loss training aims at educating clients on nutrition to align with their weight loss goals.
It is a mix of strength training (to fasten metabolism), cardio/HIIT for optimal fat burning as well as eating at a negative balance

Fitness Nutrition
Fitness nutrition consists in educating clients on what to eat according to their fitness goals. It focuses on the importance of macro-nutrients. That you train to lose weight or to run a marathon the daily intake of protein/carbs/fat will differ.
Pre / Post Natal Care
Pre / post natal training focuses on opening up the chest, activating the deep intrinsic core, works on mobility as well as strengthening all the muscles that are neglected during and after pregnancy.
